George R. Nissan, D.O.- FAHS – Diplomate, American Board of Internal Medicine and UCNS certified in Headache Medicine

Dr Nissan received his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He trained and worked in inpatient and outpatient management of chronic headache disorders at Diamond Headache Clinic in Chicago.  In addition he was named a Co-Director of the clinic and subsequently became the Director of Research.

Kathleen Scott, D.O.

Sara Freeman, M.M.S., P.A.-C. – Headache and Sleep Disorder Neurology, Certified in Headache Medicine by The National headache Foundation

Sara Freeman is a licensed and certified Physician Assistant. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, she earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, followed by a Masters of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge.
